Terms of Service

By commissioning a portrait or purchasing from ArkinArt you agree to the following terms.

Commissions

Each portrait is hand-drawn by a real artist. You'll receive proofs and may request up to two rounds of revisions before final approval. Production begins after the first proof is approved.

Photographs

You confirm you have the right to share the reference photos provided. We use them only to create your artwork.

Intellectual property

You receive a personal-use license to display and reproduce your portrait. ArkinArt retains the artistic copyright and may share images of finished work in our portfolio.

Refunds

Because each piece is bespoke, refunds are not available once production has begun. If there is a quality issue with delivery, we'll always make it right.
