Each portrait is carefully hand-drawn using a Wacom drawing tablet, with every piece built through layers of pencil strokes, shading, colour-pencil texture, and fine detail. This slower, more deliberate process allows every whisker, expression, and unique marking to emerge naturally on the page.
This style was created to encourage a highly collaborative experience between the artist and the storyteller. Through the proofing and revision process, each portrait can be thoughtfully refined until it captures the personality, spirit, and story of the companion being portrayed.
The result is a timeless portrait that combines the warmth and character of traditional colour-pencil artwork with the flexibility and precision of a modern creative process.
